I will select the ideal aircraft for your trip with appropriate range, cabin configuration, amenities, and equipment. The key to selecting the ideal aircraft is understanding the purpose of your trip and who will be on board. If it's important that your team gets some sleep during the trip the aircraft will have enough berthable seats to accommodate everyone. If your team wants to conduct business while traveling the aircraft will have an interior that works well for an on board meeting. The aircraft will have the required audio, video, internet, network, and flight phone equipment. The aircraft will meet or exceed the highest safety standards used by Wyvern and ARG/US. The aircraft will have crews that also meet these standards. If there is a chance your trip will need additional crew to complete an extended duty day the aircraft will have additional crew available. Nothing will be left to chance.

Meticulous Preparation
I will ensure that all catering and ground transportation is ordered and that the aircraft will be properly stocked with appropriate movies, newspapers, magazines, and books. I will spend the time to clearly understand the purpose of your trip and address every possible need. If this is a family trip and children will be on board I will ensure you have age appropriate movies and reading material on the aircraft. I will have the information required to contact the aircraft via Flight Phone should your office or family need to contact the travelers while they are en route. On international trips I will ensure that all required landing permits are obtained and all crew members have required visas and immunizations. I will provide you with state department travel information as well as visa and immunization requirements. Nothing will be left to chance.
A Flawless Trip
During your trip I will ensure that your aircraft is in position and your catering and all on board items are on hand and prepared as requested one hour prior to your scheduled departure on every leg of your trip. I will confirm that your ground transportation is in position prior to your arrival at every destination along your route. If you are departing from or arriving to the New York City area I will personally be on hand at the airport to inspect your aircraft prior to departure, make certain that everything goes smoothly, and handle any last minute issues that come up. If requested I will report the progress of your trip to your office every step of the way. Nothing will be left to chance.
